What does “made to order” mean?
Each hat is made just for you once you place your order.
We don’t keep piles of inventory sitting around. It takes a little longer, but it means less waste and more intention—which we think is worth it.
How long will it take to get my hat?
Orders typically take a few days to be made, plus shipping time.
Most people receive their hats within 5–10 business days, depending on where you’re located.
Good things take a minute.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each hat is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind.
But if something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll absolutely make it right—just reach out by emailing hello@chronicallyoffline.co and a real human will assist you.
What kind of hat is this?
All of our hats are unstructured, low-profile dad hats (and a few classic baseball caps), with an adjustable strap in the back.
They’re made from high-quality cotton twill, with durable embroidery designed to hold up over time.

Will my hat(s) look exactly like the photos?
Very close—yes.
Each hat is embroidered to order, so there may be tiny variations, but the overall look and feel will match what you see.
