Processing Time All Chronically Offline Co. hats are made to order, just for you. Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be produced before it ships.

Shipping Time We currently ship within the US, Canada, UK, and Australia/New Zealand. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days after your order has been fulfilled.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on the purchase of two or more hats, no matter where you're buying from.

International International orders may be subject to customs duties or VAT upon delivery. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it on its way to you.

Where We Ship We currently ship to the contiguous United States and Canada. We hope to expand shipping options in the future — stay tuned.
