Returns & Exchanges

Because all Chronically Offline Co. hats are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • incorrect sizing
  • change of mind
  • buyer’s remorse

Each hat is created specifically for you once your order is placed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Please email us at hello@chronicallyoffline.co within 30 days of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item

We’ll review and, if approved, send a replacement at no additional cost.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived:

  • first check your tracking link
  • check with your local carrier or neighbors

If it still hasn’t shown up, contact us and we’ll help investigate.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it, but additional shipping costs may apply.

Why We Don’t Accept Returns

All items are made on demand rather than in bulk. This helps reduce overproduction and waste, but it also means we can’t restock returned items.
